看完17 Again之後，
開始覺得Zac Efron或許會是下一個Tom Cruise。
標準的國民偶像、銀幕金童，
很難有人會討厭他，媒體也都對他保護兼友善，
甚至才剛因歌舞青春走紅就爆出與女主角交往，
仍舊不損他的超級人氣。
如果阿湯哥不是後來自己發瘋，
他就會是美國的劉德華，活到老，被觀眾愛到老。
僅管Zac不打算屈居偶像，所以努力轉換戲路，(例如接拍Me and Orson Welles)
甚至不惜棄演打算好好讀書，(諸如此類的加分)
但經過這部片還是讓我看出他演技上的局限，
這也正是與Tom Cruise如出一轍的地方。
怎麼演、演的多努力，都會有瓶頸在，
像17 Again劇中一場法庭讀信戲聲淚俱下，確實感動到我，也逼出我哭點，
但你就會覺得這是他最大的能耐了，
他的演技極限就在此。
所以就算他後來嘗試serious drama，
效度應該也不高，就跟Tom Cruise也是演遍了金錢本色、雨人、軍官與魔鬼，
但最終就是一個很棒的主人翁，得獎入圍的都是別人。
當然媒體對他還是有期待的，
所以不斷紛紛把他拿來與Leonardo比較，
目前來看是覺得難臻其位，但還是希望他多努力囉，讓我跌破眼鏡。
畢竟我可是從歌舞青春第一集就一路支持喜愛到底了~

it’s sad to mention what happened to Tom Cruise. Now that I watch some of his older movies I kept thinking about his recent scandals.
I can see what you mean about Zac Efron. I didn’t notice him until Hairspray. I think he have the screen presence to make it big later on.
Just want to mention it’s not until I saw your blog I decide to get Hairspray and watch it with my daughter. Afterward she turn into a musical fan. She probably watch more musicals than any kids her age.

Musical最高!!! (我也是musical fan)
基本上早期的迪士尼動畫片也都算是musical，
前年的Enchanted也非常之讚啊。

she like the movie enchanted too. But unlike you she doesn’t like high school musical at all. She only watch it because Zac was in it.
I think since there’s so many kids that’s obsess with it it really made her dislike a lot of Disney recent shows like Hannah Montana and camp rock.
